The centre provides a gym, indoor heated swimming pools, 2 indoor sports courts and group fitness facilities including cycle classes for the community in Derrimut and surrounding suburbs including Deer Park, Tarneit, Ardeer and Sunshine West and beyond.

Centre hours are:
Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday 7 Sunday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pool hours are:
Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 11:45am / 3:00pm - 8:45pm (closed from 12:00midday to 3:00pm for School Groups)
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am - 4:45pm
